02
How PDF Tool Files Are Processed
Files selected inside AIO PDF Tools are processed
locally through compatible client-side browser
technologies.
Your selected PDF, image, or document remains on
your device during the tool operation. AIO PDF Tools
does not intentionally upload file contents to its
web servers for conversion, compression, merging,
splitting, editing, or other PDF processing.
We do not receive copies of files selected
inside the PDF tools.
We do not store those files on AIO PDF Tools
servers.
We cannot open or review their contents.
We do not create a server-side history of
processed documents.
The requested output is generated within the
active browser session.
The processing session may end when you refresh the
page, close the browser tab, leave the tool, or
clear relevant browser data.
Contact-form attachments are different
A file deliberately attached to the contact
form is transmitted by email so we can
receive and review your inquiry. Do not send
unnecessary confidential, medical,
financial, identity, or password-related
documents.
03

Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar privacy laws
apply, we may rely on these legal bases:
Consent
Used for optional analytics cookies,
personalized advertising, embedded content,

Cookies and Consent Choices
Cookies are small data files stored on a browser or
device. Similar technologies may include pixels,
local storage, tags, and software identifiers.
Essential Cookies
Support website functions, security,
consent preferences, load balancing, and
abuse prevention.
Analytics Cookies
Help us understand visits, page usage,
device categories, and general website
performance.
Advertising Cookies
May support ad delivery, measurement,
frequency control, fraud detection, and
personalization where permitted.
Functional Cookies
May remember preferences or enable optional
videos, maps, social embeds, and other
third-party features.
You can accept, reject, or manage non-essential
cookie categories through the website’s consent
controls. Rejecting optional cookies should not
prevent access to the core PDF tools.
AIO PDF Tools uses Google Analytics to understand
general website activity and improve its pages and
tools.
Google Analytics may use cookies and identifiers to
measure page views, sessions, referral sources,
approximate location, general device information,
and interactions with website features.
We do not knowingly send names, email addresses,
contact-form messages, file attachments, PDF
contents, or other directly identifying contact
details to Google Analytics.
Analytics retention depends on the settings
selected in our Google Analytics property and
Google’s applicable service practices.
08
Advertising and Google AdSense
AIO PDF Tools uses Google AdSense to display
advertisements.
Google and participating advertising providers may
use cookies or similar technologies to:
Deliver advertisements
Measure advertisement performance
Limit repeated advertisements
Detect invalid or fraudulent traffic
Provide personalized advertisements where valid
consent permits
Provide non-personalized or limited
advertisements where appropriate
AIO PDF Tools does not directly sell personal
information for monetary payment. Some privacy laws
may classify interest-based advertising disclosures
as “sharing” or a “sale.” Required opt-out choices
will be provided where applicable.
09
Hosting and Security Providers
Hostinger
AIO PDF Tools is hosted through Hostinger.
Hostinger may process server requests,
connection information, email data, error
information, and security records needed to
provide hosting and infrastructure services.
These providers operate under their own agreements,
security measures, and privacy documentation.
10
When Information May Be Shared
Limited information may be disclosed to:
Hosting and infrastructure providers
Content-delivery and security providers
Analytics providers
Advertising providers
Email and contact-form service providers
Embedded-content providers
Professional advisers where necessary
Authorities where legally required
We may also disclose information to respond to a
lawful request, investigate fraud or abuse, protect
users, defend legal rights, enforce our terms, or
address an emergency.
We do not share locally processed PDF contents
because AIO PDF Tools does not receive those files.
11
International Data Transfers
AIO PDF Tools operates from Pakistan and serves an
international audience.
Hosting, analytics, advertising, email, CDN, and
embedded-content providers may process information
in countries other than your own. Those countries
may apply different privacy protections.
Where applicable law requires safeguards, we and
our providers may rely on approved contractual
measures, adequacy decisions, consent, or another
legally recognized transfer mechanism.
12
Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as
reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it
was collected.
Retention decisions may consider:
The reason information was collected
Whether an inquiry remains unresolved
Security and fraud-prevention needs
The sensitivity of the information
Applicable legal obligations
Legal claim or recordkeeping requirements
Provider-controlled retention settings
Contact messages and attachments may remain in the
receiving email system while an inquiry is handled.
They should be removed when no longer reasonably
required, unless a legal or security need justifies
further retention.
Files selected inside browser-based PDF tools are
not retained by AIO PDF Tools servers.
13
Information Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical
measures intended to protect information handled
through the website.
HTTPS encryption
Reputable hosting infrastructure
Cloudflare delivery and security services
Restricted administrative access
Software and plugin updates
Spam and abuse controls
Monitoring for malicious activity
No system is completely secure
Browser-side processing reduces server
exposure, but it cannot eliminate risks
caused by infected devices, malicious
extensions, outdated software, compromised
browsers, or insecure operating systems.
14
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you
may have the right to:
Ask whether we process your information
Request access to relevant information
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion
Restrict certain processing
Object to certain processing

Opt out of certain advertising activities
Complain to an appropriate privacy authority
To submit a request, email
contact@aiopdftools.com. We may
request reasonable information to verify your
identity and locate the relevant interaction.
Locally processed files cannot be retrieved
Because AIO PDF Tools does not receive PDF
files processed inside the browser, we
cannot access, retrieve, or delete a file
that never left your device.
15

provided through the website’s privacy or cookie
controls.

make automated decisions that produce legal or
similarly significant effects for users.

your location, consent choices, context, and their
own policies.

provider to process information under its own
policy.
Review the privacy information provided by any
external service you choose to use.
